AGROCAMPUS OUEST is an internal school of the National Institute of Higher Education for Agriculture, Food and the Environment, called the "Institut Agro". It has three main aims: to train students, conduct academic and applied research, and transfer knowledge to society. Agrocampus Ouest and INRAE are associated into the joint research unit STLO. 

Agrocampus Ouest has the required equipment and facilities to perform in vitro digestion and the biochemical analyses to follow up the progress of these experiments.
