BiomassProtein Aps - BMP
BiomassProtein™ Aps (BMP) was founded in 2017 with the goal of producing and marketing feed and food proteins in green biorefineries. BMP has proof-of-scale of producing feed from green biomass (clover grass) and has proof-of-concept in lab scale of a food line. The food line is currently optimized and is planned to be set up in pilot scale in the 2022 grass season. BMP is based on knowledge transfer from Aalborg University and the co-founders Assoc. Prof. Peter Stephensen Lübeck and Assoc. Prof. Mette Lübeck have many years of experience within the biorefining area.

Besides CTO Peter Stephensen Lübeck, the BMP team involves also CEO Line Brøns, board head Søren Klitskov, and co-founder Jesper Schierbeck-Hansen, CFO, with extensive experience in project management, account management, and business development. Together with Business developer Sven Thormahlen (former development manager at Arla Food Ingredients) and the company's other founders and employees, BMP has built up considerable experience with protein refining from grass.
